During your initial evaluation, the licensed physical therapist will assess the following:
- Pain level and/or fall risk if applicable
- Function of all involved body parts
- Strength and range of motion tests on involved body parts
- Initial treatment
- Detailed explanation of treatment plan
- Personal training is a way to acheive your fitness and overall wellness goals.
- Each program is tailored to an individuals needs according to your current fitness level.
- All of our trainers focus on proper biomechanics to limit the possibilities of injuries.
- One-On-One sessions are conducted by certified pilates instructors
